Floorball Adult Summer League
This summer, we are thrilled to introduce a fresh, fast-growing sport that complements hockey and promotes fitness, teamwork, and stick-handling skills—floorball! As part of this initiative, the ice will be temporarily replaced with a sport court, laying the foundation for Richmond’s first dedicated floorball hub.
Ages
Open to all adults 18+
When
The league will start on June 3rd and go for 10 weeks. Played every Tuesday night with varying game times between 6pm-9pm.
Where
Only at Powhatan Ice Den.

Divisions
Two divisions. Inclusive of all skill levels, from brand new players to seasoned vets.
Rules
RFC will instruct/educate the league and players while officiating. Additionally, they will have guidance throughout the summer from IFF-certified referees.
Safety of the players and consistency of the enforcement of the rules are paramount.

Games
Played 4v4 style.
No limit to team size.
45 minute games.
Equipment
Equipment can be provided but if you'd like to purchase your own floorball stick you check out Amazon or floorballplanet.com.

Shirts
Each team will have a team color. Please make sure to select your t-shirt size while registering.
Registration
Everyone registers individually. Please specify your team or you can register as a free-agent and we will find you a team.

Summer Sizzle Adult League - Starting June 10th
-10-week league on Tuesday nights at the Ice Den
-Games are played 4v4 plus goalies.
-Open to adults 18+.
-Two divisions. Inclusive of all skill levels, from brand new players to seasoned vets.
-Sign up solo, with a group, or as a team; there is no maximum number of players per team.
-Coed teams encouraged! But we will have no gender requirements.
-Structured, safe, and fun—officiated based on USA Floorball rules.
-No additional gear needed. Sticks provided for anyone in need —just bring yourself!
-$80 per player.
